Our range means that you may find five or six properties that you would like to look at and apply for all managed by the one office.
Inspecting Your Potential New Home
We conduct Open for Inspections weekly on all of our properties some on a weekend and sometimes throughout the week. During daylight savings we hold "Twilight Opens" whereby the property is Open for Inspection early evenings after business hours to assist those who work Full-time to be able to view their favourite properties. We all know how difficult it can be to rush around on a Saturday trying to see numerous properties so this type of Open Home has been well received by our clients.
Open Home Lists are Always on Hand
If it so happens that the property you are inspecting is perhaps 'not for you' our friendly Leasing Specialist team are equipped with Open Home booklets to point you towards another property that may be better suited to you. The team also carry our most recent stocklists and application forms should you find that 'right' property.
Where Can I Find Application Forms?
Applications can be made the same day via filling out the Application Form that the Leasing Specialist hands you at the Open Home, alternatively you may download the Application Form here online under the 'Tenants' - 'Apply for Property' section.
