Assistant Property Manager

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team.

You will be working on a portfolio mixed of apartments, townhouses and houses in suburbs all around Melbourne, with great owners and tenants. Your previous experience will be enhanced with our comprehensive induction program. As well as ongoing training and team support (which includes an allocated training budget).

The successful candidate will have experience in an Assistant Property Management role, be positive, outgoing and enjoy working as part of a team.

Receptionist

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Receptionist to join our innovative and dynamic team.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for maintaining the front office area, answering the busy switchboard, greeting clients, support to the team, ordering of stationary supplies, manage all stock levels and help to maintain the cleanliness of the office.

You will need the ability to think on your feet along with excellent presentation, communication and time management skills and be competent in Microsoft Office. Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle are essential. You will receive an abundance of support along with any necessary training. An Agent's Representative Certificate and experience are essential to this role.

The successful candidate will have at least 12- 18 months experience minimum in a front of house role, be positive, outgoing and enjoy working as part of a team. A positive attitude is a must, along with confidence in dealing with clients, both over the phone and face to face.
