Dealing with the Metro staff has been a pleasure, everyone (particularly Samantha Taylor & Melissa Gemmell in the leasing department) have been efficient and easy to get a hold of. They were always quick to return calls and has made the whole process of application and move in an easy one for me.

My fiance and I really felt so welcomed and supported during our application process with Metro. As renters, we are so used to being treated like we're a dime a dozen - we had another property offered to us but in the end we wanted to go with an agency with whom we felt we could have a long and pleasant relationship.
There's nothing worse than having an agent you don't get along with - it can turn a home into a symbol of conflict, and that leads to quick turnover, which no-one wants! That's why Tracy and Samantha were total drawcards for us. We're looking forward to being Metro tenants for a long time! And I'm glad the feedback forms are being noticed and the employees are being recognised for doing their jobs so well - a lot of managers don't work that way, so I guess the whole place must be a really positive work environment, full of positive people.

1. To thank you and your FABULOUS staff for all their hard work this year and for professionally and dilligently managing our three investment properties on our behalf. Every dealing that Sonia and I have had with anyone at Metro has been a real pleasure and we really do appreciate how "hassle free" our property investments are with Metro looking after them. The constant communication via SMS’s, weekly phone calls during tenancy change, the letters and the emails keeps us in touch with our properties and we have built up such a trust in your staff that we now take their recommendations as solid good advice..!!!
2. To thank you for the congratulatory parcel of chocolates and bubbly for the signing up of our next investment property in Camberwell. This was completely unnecessary (but appreciated although it disappeared very quickly) because of course Metro will be managing it for us after settlement - we only go with the best...!!!! Speaking of which......
3. To congratulate you for winning the REIV Property Manager of the Year 2010 - a very well deserved award for you and the staff. Sonia and I did not vote as we knew you were ahead of all the others by a "country mile" as since the "Piney Ridge Harvard Securities" days, we have watched your passion and enthusiasm for becoming a specialist property manager culminate in MetroPM being owned and run by you. Well done..!!!
4. To thank you for introducing us to Nic Don and to congratulate you on MetroWealth - I cruised the website today and am very impressed. I think the partnership with Odyssey Financial is a very savvy business decision and wish you success for this exciting venture.

In the past, I was forever having to plead my case to a new property manager who knew nothing about our house, our landlord or us.
