The role of receptionist has come up at Metro Property Management a leading real estate agency. Previous reception experience is preferred as we are a busy office.
 
You will manage all incoming calls, meet and greet clients, perform general reception/office duties, general administration and internet tasks.
 
The successful candidate requires the following attributes:
 
Clear and confident phone manner
Excellent presentation
Great customer service skills
Good computer skills
Well organised, presented, enthusiastic and display initiative
Work under pressure
Calm, friendly and helpful in nature
