Leah Calnan our Director, is very much a ‘hands on’ working Director; in fact she was recently named a 'Finalist' in REIV's prestigious 'Residential Property Manager of the Year Award 2011' after having won the award last year. Leah was also named Finalist in both the REIA Residential Property Manager of the Year (Nationally) as well as LPMA's Business Development Growth Award 2011. Leah oversees all aspects of the business ensuring that Metro’s clients receive seamless service. “We constantly get feedback from our clients that they have peace of mind with our team managing their properties. We also ensure that our Property Managers understand the specific needs of our investors and what their expectations are on service”. Leah is regularly asked to speak at interstate real estate events, is currently the Chairperson of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) Property Management Chapter, is a regular contributor to the "Herald Sun" and "The Age" newspapers and also writes a Property Management blog for the popular Property Observer website (www.propertyobserver.com.au)
